Bonjour à tous,
J’ai 54 ans et je suis atteint d’une maladie neuro dégénérative (maladie de Strümpell Lorrain) qui me fait perdre progressivement l’usage de mes jambes. J’ai du complètement arrêter de skier depuis maintenant cinq ans car cela devenait trop difficile.
J’ai découvert le Ski-Mojo par hasard en surfant sur internet car j’étais frustré de ne plus pouvoir skier avec ma famille et mes amis.
J’avais l’espoir que le Ski-Mojo puisse me permettre de refaire des petites pistes faciles et en même temps j’avais de l’appréhension car je ne voulais par trop en attendre, la faiblesse de mes jambes est très importante et j’avais peur d’être déçu.
Quelle joie et quelle sensation !!!
Le Ski-Mojo est formidable et bien au dessus de mes espérances.
Je peux skier exactement comme je le faisais avant, sans efforts ni douleurs.
Les skis sont parfaitement plaqués sur la neige et je peux faire les flexions sans difficulté et sans fatigue.
Le Ski-Mojo est confortable et lorsqu’il est désactivé on peut bouger les jambes sans même le sentir.
L’installation et le réglage sont faciles.
N’hésitez pas à serrer fort les crochets pour les bottes de location car ils ont tendance à se desserrer avec les vibrations (garder une petite clé dans votre poche quand vous partez skier).
Si vous avez des doutes sur l’efficacité du système, vous pouvez y aller tranquille, le Ski-Mojo est juste sensationnel.
J’espère qu’il permettra de reskier à beaucoup d’autres personnes qui comme moi ont du arrêter à cause de handicap ou de blessures.

Customs duties – shipments to the United States

Due to recent regulatory changes, significant customs duties and import fees may apply to all orders shipped to the United States. These charges may range from 15% to 50% of the order value.

⚠️ These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are therefore not included in the order total or shipping fees.

They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are directly charged by the carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or local authorities upon import. Additionally, due to the current workload of customs authorities, some shipments may be held in customs for several days, beyond our control.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees,
  • these charges will be requested directly by the carrier before delivery,
  • additional delays due to customs processing may occur,
  • refusal to pay will result in refusal of delivery.

In the event of refusal :

  • the goods may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier or US authorities,
  • no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a failure by the customer to fulfill their contractual obligations, even if the goods are returned,
  • return costs, if any, remain the responsibility of the customer.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.

I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
