Why did you receive this Ski~Mojo test request?

Many of our customers wish to demo the Ski~Mojo before purchasing it. Having found that over 90% of these tests result in a sale the same evening (if the Ski~Mojo was properly adjusted), most Ski~Mojo retailers therefore offer the opportunity to demo the Ski~Mojo as a one-day rental. This rental is usually charged around €50 per day, but each store is free to set its own pricing policy on this matter. The rental price is generally deducted from the purchase price of the Ski~Mojo if purchased after the test.

You have received this test reservation request because your store is listed as a “retailer / test center” on the page www.ski-mojo.com/store-locator. The customer who made this reservation visited our website and found you through it.

The person who made the reservation has already received an automatic confirmation informing them that their reservation has been successfully forwarded to you by email. This person has also been informed that the test will take place in the form of a rental.

Unless otherwise instructed by you, this person will therefore come to your store on the indicated date. However, feel free to reassure them (with a simple email reply) by confirming that you have indeed received their reservation!

Following this test, the customer will be invited by email to evaluate their experience. You will receive a copy of their responses.

Most tests result in a sale the same evening. To manage their stock and save time (avoiding having to install a rental Ski~Mojo in the morning, and then reinstalling a new Ski~Mojo in the evening), most stores install a brand-new Ski~Mojo directly for the trial.

In the event that the Ski~Mojo is not sold following the test (5 to 10% of cases), it can be carefully repacked in its box and sold later. If a part of the Ski~Mojo is damaged during the trial, the rental fee will allow you to replace the damaged part.

Customs duties – shipments to the United States

Due to recent regulatory changes, significant customs duties and import fees may apply to all orders shipped to the United States. These charges may range from 15% to 50% of the order value.

⚠️ These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are therefore not included in the order total or shipping fees.

They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are directly charged by the carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or local authorities upon import. Additionally, due to the current workload of customs authorities, some shipments may be held in customs for several days, beyond our control.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees,
  • these charges will be requested directly by the carrier before delivery,
  • additional delays due to customs processing may occur,
  • refusal to pay will result in refusal of delivery.

In the event of refusal :

  • the goods may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier or US authorities,
  • no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a failure by the customer to fulfill their contractual obligations, even if the goods are returned,
  • return costs, if any, remain the responsibility of the customer.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.

I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
