Adepte régulier de randonnées VTT et pédestres, j'ai un gros passé de Motocycliste et poly-fracturé cheville, genou, rotule, ligament croisé. Souvent des douleurs lombaires en fin de randonnée VTT. Je me suis remis au ski après 32 ans d'arrêt, bonnes sensations mais grosses douleurs aux genoux et un peu aux lombaires, après 3 jours aux arcs en mars 2018, épanchement au genou Gauche,
Bref après réflexion j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un ski MOJO et... c'est TOP. Je skie toute le journée sur toutes les pistes et les douleurs principales sont musculaires donc normales, plus aucune douleur aux lombaires, un peu en fin de journée au genoux mais le lendemain c'est oublié et énormément de plaisir. Sans le Ski Mojo j'arrêtais le ski. PS, j'utilise un ceinturon tactique en cordera de 50 mm pour maintenir l'ensemble Ski Moj , c'est bien mieux que la petite ceinture livrée, ça me permet de mettre le mojo avant de partir, il ne glisse pas en marchant ni en conduisant !

Customs duties – shipments to the United States

Due to recent regulatory changes, significant customs duties and import fees may apply to all orders shipped to the United States. These charges may range from 15% to 50% of the order value.

⚠️ These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are therefore not included in the order total or shipping fees.

They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are directly charged by the carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or local authorities upon import. Additionally, due to the current workload of customs authorities, some shipments may be held in customs for several days, beyond our control.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees,
  • these charges will be requested directly by the carrier before delivery,
  • additional delays due to customs processing may occur,
  • refusal to pay will result in refusal of delivery.

In the event of refusal :

  • the goods may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier or US authorities,
  • no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a failure by the customer to fulfill their contractual obligations, even if the goods are returned,
  • return costs, if any, remain the responsibility of the customer.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.

I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
