J'utilise Ski Mojo depuis la saison dernière (2022-2023) et j'en suis pleinement satisfait. cependant lors d'un séjour au ski à Courchevel, j'ai eu la malchance et surtout la déception, de voir que le câble de mon SM gauche venait de rompre! Heureusement le magasin Jean Blanc Sport s'est chargé de me le réparer. Deux jours après, rebelote: c'est du côté droit que ça lâche! Retour chez Jean Blanc... D'après le technicien qui c'est occupé de moi, c'est un soucis récurent! Je suis très étonné que ces câbles ne tiennent pas plus longtemps!
J'en profites pour remercier très chaleureusement la personne qui s'est occupée de me réparer mes Mojo chez Jean Blanc Sport à Courchevel 1850 et ceci gratuitement! Bravo et merci.

Bonjour,
Le câble est très solide et nous ne savons pas faire plus solide pour l'instant. Mais ce câble encaisse l'ensemble des chocs, vibrations et bien sur tout votre poids, avec de nombreuses contraintes. Même solide comme il l'est, il finit par casser au bout d'un certain temps (en moyenne 80 jours de ski, mais ce n'est qu'une moyenne) et il faut alors le remplacer. Un peu comme une chaine de vélo ou de moto.
D'autre part, lorsque le câble de l'une des jambes casses, le câble de l'autre jambe est forcement lui aussi fatigué. Et c'est ce qu'il vous est arrivé. Les deux câbles avaient une usure équivalente et ont cassé à quelques jours d'intervalle.
C'est pourquoi nous recommandons la révision du Ski-Mojo durant la période estivale (www.ski-mojo.ski/revision) ce qui permet de commencer sa saison avec des câbles en bon état.

Customs duties – shipments to the United States

Due to recent regulatory changes, significant customs duties and import fees may apply to all orders shipped to the United States. These charges may range from 15% to 50% of the order value.

⚠️ These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are therefore not included in the order total or shipping fees.

They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are directly charged by the carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or local authorities upon import. Additionally, due to the current workload of customs authorities, some shipments may be held in customs for several days, beyond our control.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees,
  • these charges will be requested directly by the carrier before delivery,
  • additional delays due to customs processing may occur,
  • refusal to pay will result in refusal of delivery.

In the event of refusal :

  • the goods may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier or US authorities,
  • no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a failure by the customer to fulfill their contractual obligations, even if the goods are returned,
  • return costs, if any, remain the responsibility of the customer.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.

I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
