Reducing our environmental footprint:
The Ski~Mojo is proudly made in the heart of the French Alps. Our goal is to oversee the entire process and follow an environmentally and socially responsible approach, relying on short supply chains and creating secure, stable local jobs.
This strategic decision also supports an entire network of expertise, with most of our suppliers located within 100 km of our assembly sites. By limiting transport both upstream and downstream, Ski~Mojo reduces its carbon footprint, minimizes logistics constraints and gains flexibility.
Shorter lead times make the entire production and supply chain more efficient and sustainable. Manufacturing close to where the Ski~Mojo is used – in the mountains – also fosters transparency, collaboration and quality follow-up with the professionals and retailers who share their expertise. A genuine win-win for the end user.
Equipment built to last:
The Ski~Mojo was created to meet the needs of both occasional skiers and professionals who use it daily, season after season. Durability was therefore a key priority from the outset. This commitment is supported by our warranties and repair services, which are designed to extend the life of every product.
And because any mechanical device can eventually wear or break, the Ski~mojo’s modular design makes it fully and easily repairable. This approach limits the use of new materials, reduces waste and helps protect the environment.
Reuse: a priority!
When a Ski~Mojo needs servicing, most of the replaced parts are collected by our team at the end of the season. To give them a second life, each part is carefully inspected and, whenever possible, repaired and reused as reconditioned equipment. When reuse is no longer an option, Ski~Mojo partners with two organizations specializing in recycling and waste recovery.
The choice of inclusion in our manufacturing process:
The production of the Ski~Mojo also reflects an inclusive approach, entrusted to two workshops that mainly employ people with disabilities: AFIPH and ADTP. This virtuous choice came naturally, as the Ski~Mojo assembly is primarily manual. It calls for focus and real dedication, qualities that immediately inspired both workshops, eager to motivate and challenge their teams.
Partnerships with associations :
Ski~Mojo is also proud to contribute financially – as far as we can – to a number of sports associations or causes close to our hearts.
Accessibility for all:
Ski-Mojo helps extend sporting activity for people with physical limitations or joint pain. This promotes inclusivity in mountain sports, enabling more people to enjoy skiing, whatever their age.
Economic sustainability for consumers:
by extending the life of ski equipment and enabling users to continue skiing for longer, Ski-Mojo helps its customers get a better return on investment from their equipment purchases.
Reduced healthcare costs associated with injuries and pain:
by reducing pressure on joints and providing better muscle support, Ski-Mojo helps prevent skiing-related injuries. This can translate into significant savings on healthcare costs for users, by avoiding costly treatments, medical consultations and periods of inactivity.
Training and awareness:
although Ski~Mojo reduces muscular fatigue and makes skiing more comfortable (without compromising its sporting dimension), our teams systematically educate Ski~Mojo users about the risks involved in skiing and the importance of regular physical activity (other than skiing) for long-term health.
