The Ski-Mojo cable is, much like a bicycle chain, the transmission belt of the Ski-Mojo. This cable transfers all forces, shocks, and vibrations to the Ski-Mojo’s main spring. It is a wear-and-tear part that may break if not replaced preventively.

Description

  • If your Ski-Mojo cable has broken, please make sure you will be able to replace it yourself before ordering a new one. An instructional video is available on www.ski-mojo.com/en/help.
  • Since the cable is a wear-and-tear part, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Replacing the cable requires precision and careful handling. If you do not feel confident performing this replacement yourself, you can order a leg repair service in the Online Shop > Services section of our website. This service is very quick.
  • Finally, to prevent cable breakage during the winter season, we recommend having your Ski-Mojo serviced after 70 to 90 days of use. These maintenance services are available during the summer off-season. More information is available at www.ski-mojo.com/en/revision.

This cable is compatible with Ski-Mojo models from 2016 onwards.

Customs duties – shipments to the United States

Due to recent regulatory changes, significant customs duties and import fees may apply to all orders shipped to the United States. These charges may range from 15% to 50% of the order value.

⚠️ These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are therefore not included in the order total or shipping fees.

They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are directly charged by the carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or local authorities upon import. Additionally, due to the current workload of customs authorities, some shipments may be held in customs for several days, beyond our control.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees,
  • these charges will be requested directly by the carrier before delivery,
  • additional delays due to customs processing may occur,
  • refusal to pay will result in refusal of delivery.

In the event of refusal :

  • the goods may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier or US authorities,
  • no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a failure by the customer to fulfill their contractual obligations, even if the goods are returned,
  • return costs, if any, remain the responsibility of the customer.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.

I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
