Are you a Ski-Mojo owner? Here are some valuable tips to ensure you enjoy its full potential.
Before hitting the slopes, take a few minutes to read the first pages of the User Manual.
Your safety and your enjoyment are our priority. That is why these pages contain simple advice to help you fully master your Ski~Mojo. By reading them, you will better understand how to get the most out of it, discover its hidden strengths, and feel completely confident from your very first descent.
The Ski~Mojo leg allows for a maximum flexion of 120°, which is more than enough for skiing and snowboarding. Forcing the flexion of your Ski~Mojo beyond this angle can result in immediate or delayed breakage (not covered by the warranty). Therefore, it is important to be cautious in the following cases:
Some things may seem complicated at first glance, but they are actually very simple. With the two buttons below, you can quickly access:
Our FAQ, which summarizes the most common questions and issues encountered by Ski-Mojo users, along with their simple solutions.
Our Help & Tutorials section, where you will find many practical video guides. We especially recommend the video “How to easily activate and deactivate your Ski-Mojo”.
Our 500+ Ski~Mojo retailers are here to help you if needed. If a part were to break (which remains rare), they can usually repair your Ski~Mojo quickly, often within the same day.
However, you may be skiing in a place where no retailer is nearby. If your Ski~Mojo is essential to your enjoyment on the slopes or in powder, we recommend purchasing the Pro-Pack.
This spare parts kit allows you to carry out a quick repair yourself and continue enjoying your day. Once back home, you can replace the damaged part to renew your Pro-Pack.
An issue with the effectiveness or discomfort of the Ski~Mojo is usually the result of suboptimal settings. If, after consulting the User Manual and our FAQs, you are unable to resolve this issue, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form, explaining the problem in detail. We are very responsive and will be able to advise you to ensure your Ski~Mojo experience is a success.
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and complete safety on the slopes.
Weekly check: vibrations may loosen some screws. Take a minute each week to make sure the adjustment clips and the connectors on your boots are securely tightened. The Allen key provided with your Ski~Mojo is all you need.
End-of-season maintenance: the internal cable of your Ski~Mojo acts as its “drive belt”. To avoid any risk of breakage, we recommend replacing it after 70 to 90 days of use. This seasonal service, available only during the summer, will ensure your Ski~Mojo is fully prepared for the next winter.
By following these recommendations, you will ski with confidence, without having to worry about last-minute repairs.
Your Ski~Mojo is designed to last, so you will keep it for a long time. To benefit from the latest innovations for your Ski~Mojo, we recommend following our updates on Facebook.
