Complete Service of Your Ski~Mojo

Get ready for your next ski season with the official service of your Ski~Mojo. Designed to absorb shocks, reduce vibrations, and relieve your legs, your Ski~Mojo is subjected to significant stress on every outing. To extend its lifespan and maintain optimal performance, a service is recommended after 70 to 90 days of use.

What does the service include?

Your Ski~Mojo is fully disassembled, checked, and reassembled in our specialized workshops. The operations include:

  • Preventive replacement of the cable,
  • Inspection and possible replacement of the pulley,
  • Inspection and possible replacement of the locking clips,
  • Inspection of all other parts of your Ski~Mojo.

Included

  • Preventive replacement of the cable,
  • Inspection and replacement if necessary of pulleys and clips,
  • Return shipment to your home in France, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, and Germany (other countries: please contact us).

Not included

  • Shipping of your Ski~Mojo to our workshops,
  • Replacement of parts other than cables, pulleys, or clips (we will always contact you before any intervention).

  • You will benefit from a 20% discount on accessories and spare parts ordered at the same time as your servicing.
  • You will not have to pay any shipping costs (as these will be shipped together with the return of your Ski-Mojo).

Practical information

After your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive by email a service order form with the address to which you should send your Ski~Mojo (please check your spam folder). This address depends on your country of residence.

Important: Services are carried out exclusively in authorized Ski~Mojo workshops to ensure the safety and reliability of your equipment.

Customs duties – shipments to the United States

Due to recent regulatory changes, significant customs duties and import fees may apply to all orders shipped to the United States. These charges may range from 15% to 50% of the order value.

⚠️ These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are therefore not included in the order total or shipping fees.

They are the sole responsibility of the customer and are directly charged by the carrier (typically DHL, FedEx, or UPS) or local authorities upon import. Additionally, due to the current workload of customs authorities, some shipments may be held in customs for several days, beyond our control.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees,
  • these charges will be requested directly by the carrier before delivery,
  • additional delays due to customs processing may occur,
  • refusal to pay will result in refusal of delivery.

In the event of refusal :

  • the goods may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier or US authorities,
  • no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a failure by the customer to fulfill their contractual obligations, even if the goods are returned,
  • return costs, if any, remain the responsibility of the customer.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.

I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
