Die Carte Neige-Lizenz ist eine Sportlizenz. Sie stellt die jährliche Mitgliedschaft in einem Club dar, der dem Französischen Skiverband angegliedert ist. Sie ist vom 1. Oktober eines jeden Jahres bis zum 14. Oktober des folgenden Jahres gültig. Sie ist für alle Personen, die an den Aktivitäten und dem Vereinsleben der FFS-Clubs teilnehmen möchten, obligatorisch.
Mit der LOISIR-Lizenz können Sie die Versicherungen des Französischen Skiverbandes in Anspruch nehmen, die speziell auf unseren Sport zugeschnitten sind. Sie sind somit gegen die mit der Ausübung des Skisports verbundenen Risiken, einschließlich des Skifahrens abseits der Pisten, versichert. Sie sind auch für die Ausübung zahlreicher sportlicher Aktivitäten in den Bergen im Winter und im Sommer in Frankreich und weltweit gemäß den Vertragsbedingungen in einem angeschlossenen Verein versichert.
Die COMPETITION-Lizenz berechtigt Sie zusätzlich zur Teilnahme an zahlreichen Wettkämpfen und Trainings, die das ganze Jahr über organisiert werden.

You nevertheless retain your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, this right can only be exercised after delivery has been accepted and the goods received, as refusal to accept delivery prevents the return of the goods. Please note that, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, you will need to contact the U.S. authorities directly to request any potential refund of the customs duties you have previously paid.
I acknowledge that customs duties (15 to 50%) imposed and collected by the U.S. government may apply and are not included in the order or shipping fees. I agree to pay these charges when requested by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). I understand that no refund will be issued if I refuse to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will therefore result in the loss of your order without refund.
