Il principio consiste nell\u2019affiancare alle nostre gambe un esoscheletro che trasferisca i carichi dal bacino direttamente sullo scarpone, riducendo la pressione sulle ginocchia e l\u2019attivazione muscolare delle gambe.\n    <\/p>\n\n    \n    <p>\n      Durante la pratica dello sci le nostre gambe devono sopportare carichi superiori rispetto alla quotidianit\u00e0 e le ginocchia di uno sciatore, oltre che contrastare questi carichi, sono chiamate a supportare una serie di movimenti per mettere in pratica la tecnica sciistica.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>Ski~Mojo<\/strong> immagazzina tramite una molla l\u2019energia cinetica durante la fase di piegamento del ginocchio e rilascia questa energia durante la fase di estensione, aggiungendo potenza ai quadricipiti e alleviando gli sforzi al ginocchio fino a circa il <strong>30%<\/strong>. La conseguenza \u00e8 che Ski~Mojo diminuisce la fatica muscolare e riduce sensibilmente i dolori alle gambe e alle ginocchia.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Se la potenza muscolare richiesta \u00e8 ridotta, la durata dello sforzo aumenter\u00e0. <strong>I quadricipiti<\/strong> lavoreranno pi\u00f9 a lungo (3\u20134 volte) con un\u2019intensit\u00e0 inferiore di circa il <strong>35%<\/strong>. <strong>I muscoli ischiocrurali<\/strong> lavoreranno pi\u00f9 intensamente (circa <strong>10%<\/strong>), pi\u00f9 a lungo e i legamenti saranno meglio protetti.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>Ski~Mojo<\/strong> \u00e8 un attrezzo che consente di anticipare il rientro in pista a chi ha subito un infortunio al ginocchio, ma in generale pu\u00f2 essere visto come un\u2019<em>arma segreta<\/em> per gli sciatori, permettendo di ridurre dello <strong>30%<\/strong> gli sforzi e quindi di aumentare proporzionalmente la resistenza fisica.
